All orders are meticulously inspected and dispatched directly from our global distribution center in China to our valued customers in the United States, Australia, Singapore, and Malaysia.
To maintain our strict hygiene standards and ensure every customer receives a pristine, untouched garment, we have implemented a firm return policy. Please read carefully before making a purchase.
1. Strict Hygiene Rule & Sizing Consultation
Silk loungewear is classified as intimate apparel. For strict health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we DO NOT accept returns or exchanges for any items once the original packaging has been opened or the hygiene seal has been broken.
· Size Matters: Silk is a delicate, non-stretch fabric. If you are unsure about your size, you must contact our customer service team at [support@pjminmarch.com] for professional sizing guidance BEFORE placing your order. Returns requested due to "wrong size" will be automatically rejected if the item has been unboxed or tried on.
2. Condition Standards & Signs of Use (Strictly Enforced)
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in 100% mint, unopened, and resalable condition. We enforce a zero-tolerance policy for any signs of use.
"Signs of use" that will immediately void your return eligibility include, but are not limited to:
· Stains & Marks: Makeup, foundation, deodorant marks, lotions, or watermarks.
· Odors: Perfume, body odor, sweat, smoke, or laundry detergent scents.
· Debris: Human hair, pet hair, or dust.
· Fabric Damage: Snags, fabric pulling, seam stress from unauthorized try-ons, or wrinkles.
3. Right to Reject & No Refund Policy
Upon arrival at our Shenzhen, China facility, all returned packages undergo a rigorous video-recorded quality inspection.
· If an item is found to not meet our strict "resalable condition" principles (e.g., shows any of the "signs of use" listed above, or is missing original tags/packaging), PJMINMARCH reserves the right to reject the return entirely.
· In such cases, NO REFUND will be issued, and the non-compliant item will only be shipped back to you at your own expense.
4. Bundle/Set Integrity
Items sold as a matching set (e.g., pajama top and bottom sets) must be returned together in their entirety. We do not accept partial returns (e.g., returning only the pants while keeping the top). If a partial set is returned, it will be rejected.
5. Mandatory Return Process & Return Labels
We do not accept unauthorized returns. Sending an item back without prior approval will result in the package being discarded without a refund.
· Step 1: You must initiate the return process by emailing our Customer Service at [support@pjminmarch.com] within 14 days of delivery.
· Step 2: Once your return request is reviewed and approved by our team, we will provide you with an official International Return Label and detailed shipping instructions.
· Step 3: You must use the provided label to ensure the package safely clears Chinese customs and reaches our facility. Please note: The cost of this international return label will be deducted from your final refund amount (unless the return is due to a verified brand defect).
6. Final Sale, Custom & Promotional Items
To ensure operational efficiency, the following items are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable:
· Items marked as "FINAL SALE".
· Customized or personalized items (e.g., monogrammed silk pajamas).
· Holiday Promotional Discount items or items purchased during major seasonal sales.
7. Damages & Defects Claims
If you receive an incorrect or defective item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
· Mandatory Unboxing Video: To process any defect claim, you MUST provide a clear, unedited, one-take unboxing video showing the shipping label, the sealed package being opened, and the defect. Static photos alone will not be accepted. This is a strict anti-fraud measure.
8. Refund Calculations
Once your compliant return is received and inspected (please allow 10-20 days for international transit), your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
· Deductions: The cost of the provided return shipping label, any original shipping fees, and any import duties/taxes incurred by Chinese Customs due to the return will be deducted from your refund.
· Free Shipping Reversal: If your original order qualified for Free Shipping, and your return brings the total order value below the free shipping threshold, our standard international shipping fee will also be deducted.
