At PJMINMARCH, we believe the anticipation of receiving your silk essentials is part of the luxury experience. We have partnered with premium international carriers to ensure your pieces arrive safely, efficiently, and with all details taken care of before they reach your door.

1. SHIPPING RATES & PRIVILEGES
We are pleased to offer Complimentary Priority Shipping on all orders over $280 USD (or equivalent in local currency).
For orders under $280 USD, a calculated shipping fee will be displayed at checkout based on your destination and the weight of your parcel.

2. DUTIES & TAXES: SEAMLESS DELIVERY (DDP)
To provide a truly effortless shopping experience, we ship to our key markets (USA, Australia, Singapore, Malaysia) on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis.

· No Surprises: All applicable import duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout. If any additional fees are involved, they will be subject to the actual situation at customs.

· Hassle-Free: This means you will not be asked to pay any additional fees upon delivery. Your package will clear customs smoothly and arrive directly at your doorstep.

3. PROCESSING & ARTISANAL LEAD TIME
Every PJMINMARCH piece is inspected with meticulous care at our Global Fulfillment Center before dispatch.

· In-Stock Items: Please allow 2-3 business days for order verification, quality control, and packaging.

· Bespoke & Custom Orders: True craftsmanship cannot be rushed. If your order includes personalized embroidery, rhinestone embellishments, custom sizing, or made-to-order items, please allow an additional 5-7 business days (or as indicated on the product page) for our artisans to perfect your creation. (Note: Our fulfillment center is closed on weekends and public holidays.)

4. ESTIMATED TRANSIT TIMES
We utilize premium direct lines to ensure stability. However, to provide you with the most reliable expectations, our estimated transit times are as follows:

· United States: 10 – 15 Business Days

· Australia: 10 – 15 Business Days

· Singapore: 7 – 11 Business Days

· Malaysia: 7 – 11 Business Days

Peak Season Note: During high-volume periods (e.g., Black Friday, Lunar New Year) or unforeseen global logistics disruptions, please allow an additional 5-7 business days buffer. We appreciate your patience as we ensure your silk arrives in pristine condition.

5. IMPORTANT DELIVERY NOTES (RISK CONTROL)

· Physical Addresses Only: To ensure secure delivery, we require a physical street address. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or parcel lockers due to the signature requirements of our premium carriers.

· Address Accuracy: Please review your shipping details carefully at checkout. As we process orders swiftly, we cannot guarantee changes once an order is placed. PJMINMARCH is not responsible for non-delivery or lost packages resulting from incomplete or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

· Liability & "Delivered" Status: Once the carrier’s tracking system marks your package as "Delivered," PJMINMARCH’s responsibility for the shipment concludes. We are not liable for lost or stolen packages (porch piracy) after confirmed delivery. We strongly recommend monitoring your tracking link closely once the package reaches your local area.

6. CANCELLATIONS, MODIFICATIONS & REFUSALS

· 12-Hour Modification Window: You may request to modify or cancel your order within 12 hours of placement. After this window, or once a tracking number is generated, the order is considered processed and cannot be intercepted.

· Customized Items: Please note that Bespoke/Customized items are final sale. Once production has begun, these orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.

· Refused Shipments: Since duties and taxes are pre-paid by PJMINMARCH on your behalf (DDP), please do not reject the package at delivery. If a package is refused or returned due to an incorrect address, the shipping costs and pre-paid duties/taxes are non-refundable. These costs will be deducted from any potential refund. In cases where return costs exceed the value of the goods, the package may be abandoned, and no refund will be issued.

7. DAMAGED UPON ARRIVAL
Silk is delicate. If your package arrives with visible damage that has affected the product, please contact us at [support@pjminmarch.com] within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and the item. We will prioritize your case to find a solution.
